Sophia is the Sacred Dark Feminine

​

She is the one who is with you in your darkest hour, who loves you at your worst, who faces disaster with you, and embraces you with her strong, loving arms. She knows the darkness and leads you out of it.

​

To "live in the lap" of the Sacred Dark Feminine is to be in the embrace of the most complete love imaginable, to be safe, encouraged, and transformed in miraculous ways. I reflect on the many "Sophias" in my life who have given me wisdom, guidance, help, and prayers, and have never given up on me.

​

Sophia is potentially within all women who wish to discover their creativity, maintain their integrity, and support justice in the world and in themselves.
